Michael is an active member of the American Bar Association subcommittees on Franchising and Business and is the recipient of the Franchise Times Legal Eagles award and is also listed by the American Registry as one of the top 1% of lawyers nationwide and has the highest rating awarded by Martindale Hubbell. He is the co-author of the Franchise Bible 9th Edition.
