Tony Delgado is a Latino American developer, investor and businessman known for his work in Puerto Rico’s startup ecosystem. After Hurricane Maria, Delgado quit his job at an investment firm, moved to Puerto Rico and founded Disrupt, a movement focused on teaching BIZ Experiencesship in Latin America.
