Raleigh, N.C.-based Jay Izso, who is known as the Internet Doctor, is a consultant and an author who aims to helps small businesses achieve a higher return on investment by understanding consumer psychology and social media. He has taught psychology for more than 20 years, including at Washington State University and North Carolina State University.
